Prishtina Parking 038 is a three-level mixed-use development strategically located in the city center of Prishtina, covering 36,635 sqm. Designed to serve both the university campus and the city, it provides 700 parking units on two underground levels, easing congestion and improving urban mobility.
At ground level, the project integrates 2000 sqm of commercial units, alongside a public space design that enhances the pedestrian experience. The roof of the parking structure is transformed into an elevated park, offering pedestrian pathways, seating areas, and green spaces, creating a vibrant and accessible urban environment.
Developed as part of a Public-Private Partnership between Prishtina Municipality and JAHA Company, the project meets rigorous planning, safety, and accessibility standards, including fire protection for underground structures and seismic resistance measures. With elevators and gently sloped ramps, it ensures barrier-free movement for all users.
By integrating modern parking infrastructure, commercial spaces, and public amenities, Prishtina Parking 038 establishes itself as a critical urban hub, seamlessly linking education, mobility, and public space in the heart of the city.
