BKT Branch Showroom

BKT is a bank established in 2007 in Kosovo, with a total of 27 branches.

The Outcome

Our goal during the formation of the project has been the reflection of the bank's values and vision in the experience of space. This has been achieved by designing a coherent space that focuses on the exhibition area and is accompanied by the service area and the utilitarian spaces of the bank.
The desks for customer service have been moved to the side, putting the common space in the foreground, which itself contains digital equipment for customer self-service. A private consultation room is located at the end of the bank space, separated and not visible from the rest.
All the minimalist furniture contrasts with the walls treated with dynamic red panels and the floor, which together reflect the bank's brand identity and serve as seating and waiting areas. The careful treatment of the walls contributes to the achievement of acoustic comfort, while the upper part serves as a utilitarian space and contains the archive of the bank branch.
Such an architectural composition creates a comfort and privacy for the customers and puts the location of the subsidiary in the foreground.
